    In December 2024, GCL Energy Technology (GCL ET) and Ant Digital Technologies completed China's first photovoltaic RWA (Real World Assets) project. This initiative used 82 MW of residential photovoltaic power stations in Hubei and Hunan provinces as underlying assets, with a transaction value exceeding RMB 200 million. By integrating blockchain and IoT technologies, the project achieved real-time equipment data on-chain and generated divisible, tradable digital tokens. It effectively addressed three major challenges: poor asset liquidity, information asymmetry, and over-reliance on entity credit for financing. The Energy TS Energy and Power Time-Series Large Model All-in-One Machine helped enhance the efficiency of power resource development and operation, as well as the yield of derivative services. This success has activated the circulation of green assets, attracted diverse social capital into the energy sector, accelerated the transformation of the energy structure, and provided an innovative financial pathway for achieving the "Dual Carbon" goals, demonstrating both economic value and sustainable development effectiveness.

    On June 12, 2024, the world's first photovoltaic carbon chain—GCL Carbon Chain—was officially unveiled in Shanghai. This GCL Carbon Chain management platform, jointly developed by GCL SI, GCL Technology, and Ant Group, integrates blockchain digital technology with low-carbon polysilicon technology to continuously and efficiently amplify the carbon control and reduction effects across the entire photovoltaic industry chain.

    Leveraging the digital foundation of blockchain, the platform discloses and certifies the carbon values, performance, and qualifications of its on-chain products, ensuring that product information is traceable, verifiable, trustworthy, and tamper-proof. Through six-tier supply chain traceability and an abnormal early-warning mechanism, high-sensitive emission links are accurately identified. Process optimization and supplier collaboration solutions are proposed, enabling an average reduction of over 20% in carbon emissions per unit module.This fully realizes supply chain traceability, product carbon footprint tracking, and organizational carbon management.
